Kindness at Noon

What is Kindness at Noon?

Would you dedicate five slow breaths everyday at noon and think just one kind thought to make the world a kinder planet?

With the Global Kindness Revolution ANYONE can do it anytime, anywhere, alone or with others. All one has to do is think a kind thought in sync with others in other countries in their time zones.

Here’s all you must do: Once a day at noon or whenever you need to destress, send the Light of Kindness to someone in need. Why not try?

  1. Set your phone or computer on alert right before noon
  2. Pause whatever you’re doing…
  3. Take a slow deep breath into your jaw, relaxing your head & neck…
  4. Another breath into your armpits, letting shoulders relax
  5. Now a breath into your belly, softening your back…
  6. Then breathe slowly as you let your bottom relax…
  7. A breath into your knees, releasing tension out your feet...
  8. Finally, just think a kind thought, joining billions of others seeking planetary peace. Repeat daily.

Do that everyday, just as familiar as you brush your teeth and soon the energy of Kindness will overcome the energy of violence.

The vision is for ALL people of ALL religions, countries, races, ethnicities, beliefs, to come together for a Kindness Circle, or meditations for Kindness at the very same time and day.

The mental alignment could be a powerful force against violence, racism, and meanness. This could also improve everyone's health and feelings of well being.

What is a Kindness Circle?

Working at an energy level participants are guided as they sit in silence in a circle, focusing on the Light of Kindness.

The structure of the Kindness Circles seems to enable participants to experience the energy of transformation at a deeper level such as is suggested in "String Theory."

Kindness is good for your health, good for your work, good for your family, your community and your country and your planet. By connecting energies in a powerful circle, we facilitate change on a deeper level for all participants regardless of their racial, class, ethnic or political differences. Thereby, providing a unique and untried so far tool toward healing racism, meanness, and violence.
